At Aliya, we are committed to delivering premium quality and craftsmanship. Every piece in our collection undergoes a rigorous quality check by our team of experts to ensure it meets our high standards before reaching your doorstep.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simplified Return & Exchange process.

Policy Guidelines

Customers can request a return or exchange within 24 hours (1 day) from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please adhere to the following eligibility criteria:

  • Timeline: Requests must be initiated within 1 day of receiving your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice intact.
  • Transit Safety: The product must be packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@aliya.pk with your Order ID and the reason for the request.

Important Notes

Processing Time: The entire Exchange/Return process typically takes 7-8 working days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every request is handled with care.

Quality Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality check. If the product does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., shows signs of wear or missing tags), the item will be sent back to the customer, and a refund/exchange will not be processed.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a Sale or under a promotional offer are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

One-Time Policy: We allow for one exchange or return per order to maintain our service efficiency.
